Areas of practice
Mr. Xue has more than 20 years of practice experience with focus on M&A, restructuring, transfer and disposal of relevant interests, including working experience with leading international law firms including White & Case (Beijing Office and New York Office) and Linklaters (Shanghai Office and Hong Kong Office). He was trained by Coudert Brothers, the first American law firm licensed to practice in mainland China.
He has extensive experience in representing major international and local clients in a wide range of industries, including TMT, food and beverage, logistics, education, retail, health, chemical, and general manufacturing, etc. Mr. Xue's legal services include project structuring, due diligence, project negotiation, drafting and implementation of transaction documents, provision of legal advice on related issues such as industry policies, intellectual property, financing and taxation, compliance, and communication and coordination with relevant government agencies.
Work experience
Mr. Xue joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2005.
He received his B.Sc. from the law school of the International Business & Economics University and his LL.M. at the Law School of Columbia. Mr. Xue is proficient in Chinese and English.
