Frank Xiong specializes in M&A, foreign direct investment and real estate.
Frank has represented international investment banks, large multinational companies and various domestic well-known companies, and successfully accomplished various foreign-invested merge and acquisition projects, real estate investment projects and foreign direct investment projects. He has also participated in retirement communities' projects and primary land development projects.
Frank acts as panel counsel for various well-known domestic and foreign clients (including a number of developers), providing them with daily corporate legal services, reviewing and revising various legal documents.
Frank is also experienced in real estate transactions and has handled many transactions in relation to real estate developments, construction, sales, leases, transfers, mortgages and registrations.
In 2015, Frank has been named as one of the highly recommended lawyers in the field of real estate and construction in China by Legal 500 in its 2016 Asia Pacific rankings.
Work Experience
Mr. Frank Xiong joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2005.
Mr. Frank Xiong received his LL.B. and LL.M. from the Law School of Fudan University, and was admitted to practice in PRC in 2009.
Mr. Xiong is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghai and Sichuan dialect).
