Mr. Xiaowei specializes in dispute resolution and litigation. He especially excels in real estate, construction and commercial dispute resolution, including pre-litigation.
Since Mr. Xiao has been engaged in practice, he has solved many difficult and complex litigation and arbitration cases in real estate and other fields. He also led or participated in different kinds of real estate litigation cases and provided constructive and feasible dispute resolution for many enterprises. In addition, Mr. Xiao is familiar with M&A real estate projects and long served as a lawyer in charge of projects in this field.
Mr. Xiao has led or participated in several cases including thefollowing: the commercial housing sales contract dispute over Jinan Wanda and its owner; the EPC contract dispute resolution over Yunshi Thermal Power Company and Weifang Leimou Power Equipment Co., Ltd.; the real estate disputes over the cooperation between Jinan Vanke and an industrial company; the contract dispute of equity transfer over Qingdao Vanke and a company; Jinan Vanke's acquisition of Shangyu hotel, Waihai school and World Trade Center, and more.
