Ms. Wang has acted for many leading domestic and overseas companies in onshore investment, M&A, and restructuring in a broad spectrum of sectors such as telecommunications, internet, information technology, healthcare, and culture and entertainment. She is adept at offering comprehensive solutions to various transactions with her well-developed legal and commercial acumen.

Ms. Wang received her LL.B from Fudan University Law School, and LL.M from Waseda University in Japan. She has been admitted to the Chinese bar.
