Ms. Wang’s clients includes banks, securities firms, credit funds, PE firms, listed companies and large corporates. In particular, Ms. Wang is very experienced in cross-border real estate acquisition financing, leverage financing, project financing and have lots of transaction experiences. Mr. Wang is familiar with the legislation in the cross-border investment and financing sector and she is able to provide client with feasible solutions from structure wise.
Ms. Wang has been continuously ranked as Next Generation Lawyer and Rising Star from 2017 to 2023 and has been named as “recommended lawyers” in banking and finance by asialaw Profiles.
Work experience
Ms. Wang re-joined KWM since 2017. Before that, Ms. Wang has worked in a reputable foreign bank and KWM for serval years.
Ms. Wang is a licensed PRC lawyer.
