Mr. Wang Ningyuan specializes in securities, corporate M&A and private equity, and has extensive experience in initial public offerings, re-financing, merger and acquisition, and private equity deals.
Mr. Wang offers comprehensive services to companies of different life stages: from incubator to IPO. He has represented a wide array of mainland PRC companies on public offerings on international stock exchanges including the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ, the Singapore Stock Exchange, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Wang has advised multiple foreign companies and venture capitals in their investment in mainland China, and mainland listed companies in their acquisition overseas. He has a diversified client portfolio which covers industries such as TMT, education, ecommerce, hi-tech, hotel, F&B, slim and beauty, public health, machine industry, real estate, mining, and public infrastructure, etc.
Acting as perennial counsel to several state-owned listed companies and renowned international enterprises, Mr. Wang has been consulted with day-to-day compliance issues and is best at finding solutions for western clients in the localization of corporate governance philosophy.
Work Experience
Mr. Wang Ningyuan joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2009. He earned Bachelor Degree in Fudan University and Master Degree in Washington University in St. Louis.
Mr. Wang was admitted as a lawyer in the New York State in 2011, and qualified to practice PRC law in 2012. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
