Ms. Song has participated in a large number of milestone transactions which include: representing famous transnational group enterprise on its public offering in both Singapore and Malaysia, representing a well-known European retail company to acquire an A-share listed company and form joint ventures, representing a well-known insurance asset management company to successfully carry out its asset backed plan and invest in S.F. Group, representing well-known investment institution on the establishment of its oversea investment platform to make investment into Sinopec, advancing a strategic cooperation between a listing company in Taiwan and a central enterprise, representing Ivanhoe Cambridge with the acquisitions of commercial real estate projects as well as procurements of significant medical institutions and insurance programs.

Ms. Song received her LL.B. and LL.M in Economic Law from Fudan University in 2003 and 2007. She became a certified Chinese lawyer in 2007.
Ms. Song is proficient in both Chinese and English.
