Shen Zhengquan specialises in intellectual property and civil and commercial dispute resolution and litigation. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of matters involving patents (including SEPs), trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, franchising, domain names, antitrust, computer software copyrights, technology contracts, intellectual property ownership and other intellectual property and competition law issues.
With over two decades of experience, Ms. Shen extensively advises clients on both litigation and non-litigation matters, such as the development of IP management systems, IP commercialization and licensing, IP protection, transactions and financing. Her clients include many well-known domestic and international companies across sectors including electronics, communications, software, internet, gaming and e-sports, real estate, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, information technology, semiconductor, automobile, food and beverage, theme parks, agriculture and forestry.
Ms. Shen is well-versed in the procedures, rules, and requirements of first- and second-instance trials, petition review, retrial and enforcement, enforcement objection review and supervision involved in these litigations. She has handled numerous complex and significant cases, many of which have been selected among China's top ten IP cases for academic research, National Court Typical IP Cases and Top Ten IP Cases of Zhejiang Province.
