Mr.Shen Chengmin specializes in enterprise restructuring, domestic and overseas IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and secondary offering transactions of listed companies, PE investment and other related fields.
Mr.Shen has extensive practical experience in enterprise restructuring and reorganization, domestic and overseas IPOs, PE investment. Mr.Shen has handled many IPO projects listed in the stock exchange of Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong across the industries such as consumer goods, pharmaceutical, finance, education, energy and high-end manufacturing.
In the areas of mergers and acquisitions and secondary offering transactions of listed companies, Mr.Shen has represented many listed companies in non-public offering, domestic and overseas acquisition and bond issuance. Mr.Shen also regularly advises numbers of listed companies as corporate counsel.

Mr.Shen joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2008.
Mr.Shen earned his LL.B and LL.M from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
