Riley’s experience includes:

  • Royal Commissions: acting as a Solicitor Assisting the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide.
  • Class Actions: advising the Commonwealth in respect of large-scale class action proceedings, including in relation to claims of environment contamination and aquatic disease outbreaks.
  • Common Law and Civil Litigation: acting for private industry clients in recovery actions involving cyber incidents and workers compensation.
