  • The purchase of the 'Finlay Crisp Centre' (comprising 'Allara House', 'Customs House' and the Nara Centre') in Canberra; agreement to lease 'Allara House' and 3 floors of the 'Nara Centre' to the Australian Capital Territory; design and construct agreements for the required refurbishment works (SC Capital Partners).
  • Agreement to lease of 2 purpose built buildings to the Department of Health (Therapeutic Goods Administration); construction agreements for the required construction of the buildings (Capital Airport Group).
  • The work out of the Ralan Arncliffe administration (refinance of St George debt) (Fortress).
  • The ongoing commercial office leasing up of Brookfield Place (including Moelis, Clifford Chance and Hub) (Brookfield).
