Ms. Liang Jin specialises in securities and capital markets, M&A, international investment, state-owned equity transfer, funds, private equity, etc.
Ms. Liang has extensive experience in securities business. She regularly advises clients on domestic and overseas IPOs, restructuring, non-public offerings, SPOs and state-owned equity transfer. She has assisted clients spanning various industries such as healthcare, automotive, pharmaceutical, biochemical, textile, logistics, real estate, lighting, food, internet and software with their IPOs on stock exchanges worldwide including HKEx, NYSE, NASDAQ and Euronext.
In addition, Ms. Liang has advised listed companies on domestic and cross-broader M&A projects in healthcare, energy, real estate, manufacturing, logistics and textile. Her extensive experience in M&A came from projects undertaken in the US, Europe, Canada, Australia, Taiwan region of China, etc.
Ms. Liang is experienced in international investment, state-owned equity transfer, funds, private equity, etc.
Ms. Liang was recognised as a Highly Regarded Lawyer in M&A in Zhejiang province for 2020-2021 by IFLR1000 China. She was also awarded the Leading Individual in Zhejiang for 2022 by Legal 500.
She has been nominated as an Outstanding Young Lawyer of Zhejiang province and named by Zhejiang Lawyers Association an Outstanding Lawyer and an Outstanding Young Lawyer.
Work experience
Ms. Liang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2019. She received her LL.B. from Zhejiang University and her LL.M. from the University of Manchester. In 2022, she obtained her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, USA.
Ms. Liang is currently a member of Zhejiang Youth Federation, an external mentor of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics and a mentor of Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School.
Ms. Liang's working languages are Chinese and English.
