Mr. Li Kai has been focusing on bankruptcy reorganization, liquidation and debt restructuring for years and has accumulated extensive experience in these areas. He has acted as leading counsel for a number of reorganization projects of listed companies, such as Shenzhen Shenxin Taifeng Group Co., Ltd., Powerise Information Technology Co., Ltd., China Kejian Co., Ltd., Shenzhen China Bicycle Company (Holdings) Limited, Chang Jiang Shipping Group Phoenix Co., Ltd., Chongqing Iron & Steel Company Limited, and also for multiple large private companies, including Shenzhen Guoji Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. , Great World Mall, related companies under Sunbow Group and Xintianze Group. Mr. Li Kai is also experienced in various liquidation projects, covering voluntary liquidation, compulsory liquidation and bankruptcy liquidation.

Mr. Li Kai joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010.
Mr. Li received his bachelor and master degrees from Law School of Jilin University, and was admitted to the PRC Bar in 2012.
