Li Baoshan specialises in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and enforcement, and resolution of corporate debt crisis. He has extensive experience in the fields of equity investment, bank securities, construction projects and corporate guarantees.
His representative litigation, arbitration and enforcement matters include resolving disputes over false statement liability of listed companies, construction contract of large-scale real estate companies, sales contract of well-known foreign-funded enterprises, share buy-back of listed companies, illegal guarantee of listed companies, and joint land development between state-owned enterprises and local governments. Mr. Li has tapped into the advantages of both contentious and non- contentious practices to handle numerous complex projects, such as advising a large state-owned enterprise on debt recovery, a foreign syndicate on the collection of non-performing debts, and a large-scale real-estate company on the negotiation of recovering project debts.
