Jedda is a Senior Associate in the King & Wood Mallesons Employee Relations & Safety team, experienced in the areas of employment law and workplace relations. Jedda's practice spans a broad client base across various industries and sectors including banking and financial services, insurance, superannuation, energy and resources, property and construction, health, agriculture, technology, government and not-for-profit.

Jedda's experience includes:

  • matters arising under the Fair Work Act 2009, industrial instruments and State and Territory employment-related legislation
  • large-scale employment and industrial relations projects, including:
    • historic and prospective payroll compliance and remediation programs, and related workforce and regulatory matters
    • coordinating multi-jurisdictional, international reviews of employment obligations
  • drafting employment agreements and workplace policies
  • a broad range of litigation including in respect of statutory construction, discrimination and harassment, employee entitlements, dismissals and general protections
  • complex, sensitive and confidential investigations into workplace conduct and whistleblower disclosures
  • employment lifecycle matters including termination issues and executive separations
  • employment and industrial relations issues and documentation associated with the sale, purchase and restructuring of businesses and transactional support.
