Gallien Lefevre is a project finance and development lawyer. He has experience advising sponsors, governments and lenders (including international commercial banks, ECAs and multilaterals) on the development and financing of complex projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

He is admitted in England and Wales and in Hong Kong as a solicitor and in France (Paris) as an avocat.

  • Advising PRC lenders on the financing of energy and infrastructure projects in Asia and Africa
  • Advising the sponsors on the acquisition financing of an energy business in Hong Kong
  • Advising the sponsors on the development of an offshore wind farm in Hong Kong
  • Advising international lenders on the financing of renewable energy assets including offshore wind
  • Advising IFC and local governments on the structuring and developing of PPP projects in the transportation infrastructure sector in developing countries in Asia
