With years of experience in securities business services, Mrs. Feng Xia has led and participated in the completion of many projects of restructuring and reorganization of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, pre-IPO private equity financing, public offering and domestic and foreign listing, and refinancing of listed companies, involving industries such as nuclear power, medicine, automobile industry, Internet, manufacturing, etc. Many of the projects in which Mrs. Feng Xia has participated have been quite influential in the market. In the field of M&A and financing practice, Mrs. Feng Xia has been responsible for undertaking a number of M&A and restructuring projects of listed companies, share acquisition projects of listed companies, investment and financing projects of enterprises and private equity institutions, involving major industries such as high-tech, pharmaceutical, and new energy industries.
