Mr. Ding has extensive experience of more than 10 years in securities. He advises on domestic and overseas IPOs, restructuring and refinancing. His clients include domestically and Hong Kong-listed companies in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, automotive, pharmaceuticals, textile, logistics, real estate, furniture, information intelligence, internet and software.
In addition, Mr. Ding advises listed companies on domestic and cross-border M&A deals. His extensive experience extends across an array of sectors such as automotive, logistics, healthcare and information intelligence in China and the US.
He has considerable expertise in funds and private equity.
