Chen Junyu specialises in capital markets, corporate M&A and private fund.
In capital markets, Mr. Chen has worked on numerous projects in relation to corporate restructuring, initial public offering and listing on PRC domestic or overseas stock exchanges and refinancing, covering a wide range of sectors, such as integrated circuit, telecommunications, healthcare, pharmaceuticals & medical devices, automotive.
In corporate M&A, Mr. Chen has extensive experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, private investments, cross border investment and foreign direct investment, assisting with legal due diligence, transaction structure, documentation, disclosure and others.
In private funds, Mr. Chen advises on fund manager establishment and registration, as well as fund structuring, formation and fundraising.
