Caroline’s practice covers a wide range of public and private M&A (including private equity) and ECM transactions and she advises clients across various industries, with a focus on financial services. Caroline also has significant experience advising local and international clients on cross-border transactions.
Caroline has almost 20 years’ experience practising at leading law firms in Australia and New York and as an inhouse counsel at a major international investment bank.
