Jewel of India administration: acting for the administrators and liquidators (KPMG) of the Jewel of India Companies on all aspects of the external administration, including various Federal Court proceedings, public examinations and claims against the directors.
Crown Property Group: advising and acting for One Global Capital and related entities in relation to a shareholder dispute over the Crown Group of Companies, and advising on the subsequent provisional liquidation of the group, various restructuring activities and the sell down of assets valued in excess of $1 billion.
Pindan Group administration: advising the shareholders of the Pindan Group, including on the successful negotiation and implementation of a deed of company arrangement and related party settlements.
Forum Finance Group administration: acting for the administrators and liquidators (McGrathNicol) of the Forum Group on all aspects of the external administration, including in various court applications, recovery actions and tracing claims, and recovery proceedings commenced by financiers of the group.
China Huarong Asset Management: acting for China Huarong (Macau) International Co Ltd in relation to the recovery of HKD300,000,000, cross-border enforcement of securities and proceedings in the Federal Court and NSW Supreme Court.
