ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution)
Depending on the circumstances of the case, we may recommend alternative dispute resolution to our clients when litigation and arbitration is not the best way to resolve the dispute. The alternative dispute resolution approach will focus on constructive, innovative and practical legal advice to provide effective dispute resolution.
We advise corporate and financial clients in different industries and countries on ADR options, including: (i) acting as advocates in different jurisdictions in negotiations, mediation or settlement (including multiple-party matters); (ii) providing or analysing expert opinions; (iii) offering neutral evaluations in the early stage; and (iv) advising on strategy and drafting settlement agreements.
