Sarah is a Special Counsel in the Melbourne office of King & Wood Mallesons with 15 years’ experience in tax.

Sarah advises on all aspects of income tax law, including the tax implications arising in respect of trusts, consolidation, capital gains tax, corporate reorganisations, international and cross-border transactions, employee and executive remuneration and the not-for-profit sector.

Sarah is regularly sought out for her significant experience in designing and advising on the tax implications of employee and executive equity arrangements for both listed and unlisted entities. 

Sarah also has extensive expertise in managing tax related disputes, audit processes and litigation, particularly with the Australian Taxation Office and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission.
