Areas of Practice
Mr. Kanne Leung's practice focuses on initial public offerings, corporate, securities and M&A transactions in Hong Kong and the PRC.
Mr. Leung has advised various investment banks and companies on initial public offerings in Hong Kong, including state-owned enterprises and red-chip companies and related equity capital market transactions; listed companies in relation to compliance matters under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Securities and Futures Ordinance; cross-border mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Work Experience
Mr. Leung was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2006. Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons in March 2011, Mr. Leung practiced law with a leading international law firm and a leading Hong Kong law firm.
Mr. Leung received his LL.B. from The University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Leung is proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
