Atticus has more than 10 years’ experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer. He has provided services to many well-known multinational and domestic companies, including equity or asset sale or purchase, corporate restructuring, setting up joint ventures, franchise, privacy and data compliance. Atticus has advised clients for various industries including automotive, AI, IOT, high-tech, retail, education, modern agriculture, manufacturing, shipping and pharmacy.
Atticus has in-depth insights on legal issues relating to autonomous cars and internet of vehicle. He has been providing legal services to many international and domestic clients on M&A, market entry and compliance in these areas.
Work experience
Atticus joined KWM in 2012. Before that, he worked in a leading international law firm’s Shanghai rep office for 5 years.
Atticus obtained his master degree from East China University of Political Science and Law, and received his Chinese bar qualification in 2008.
Atticus’ working languages are Chinese and English.
