Ms. Zhang Qian specializes in enterprise restructuring, domestic and overseas IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and secondary offering transactions of listed companies, PE investment and other related fields.
Ms. Zhang has extensive practical experience in enterprise restructuring and reorganization, domestic and overseas IPOs, PE investment. Ms. Zhang has handled many IPO projects listed in the stock exchange of Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong across the industries such as banking, securities, fund, energy, media, construction, finance, consumer goods, food, pharmaceutical, education and manufacturing.
In the areas of mergers and acquisitions and secondary offering transactions of listed companies, Ms. Zhang has represented many listed companies in non-public offering, domestic and overseas acquisition and bond issuance. Ms. Zhang also serves as a legal counsel to many listed companies and non-listed companies(including large state-owned enterprises, private corporates and foreign invested enterprises), responsible for corporate governance and information disclosure of listed companies, and other legal services concerning corporate's daily operation in the field of corporate and securities.

Ms. Zhang earned her LL.B and LL.M from Renmin University of China.
Ms. Zhang obtained her legal practice certificate in China in 2008.
