Mr. Yang Haoming specializes in litigation, arbitration and risk control.
Mr. Yang has been practicing China law for more than ten years. Since joining King & Wood Mallesons in 2001, Mr. Yang has been providing legal services for numbers of leading international and domestic companies, and has handled many influential cases with respect to product liability, BOT projects, control of company, intellectual property.
Mr. Yang has been actively involved in commercial projects, and he has provided legal advice and drafted legal documents on risk control, transaction structure design and other matters for many major merger and acquisition cases.
Mr. Yang has extensive experience in real estate area. He provides legal services with respect to commercial and industrial land development, construction, commercial housing sales, real estate transfer and acquisition.
Work experience
Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons in 2001.
Mr. Yang graduated from the Law School of East China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained the qualifications of PRC lawyer and judge in 1999.
His working languages are Chinese and English.
