Mr. Wang Yugao specializes in IP litigation, particularly in the areas of trademark, unfair competition, and copyright, etc.
Mr. Wang has extensive theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in IP litigation. Having been practicing for nearly 26 years, he has led a large number of IP and commercial dispute cases for many well-known international enterprises, involving trademark and unfair competition infringement disputes, copyright infringement disputes, corporate disputes, and contract disputes of various kinds in industries, including food, consumer goods, telecommunications, and high-tech.

Work Experience
Mr. Wang joined King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) in March 2020. Prior to joining KWM, he was a senior partner at Jiangsu Justwin Law Firm.
Mr. Wang graduated from Soochow University and obtained his LLB in 1993. From September 1994 to June 1995, he attended the eighth training courses for lawyers engaging in foreign-related legal affairs organized by Ministry of Justice of the PRC. Mr. Wang was admitted to practice law in China in 1994.
