Mr. Wang is an expert in equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and has participated in numerous cases regarding equity investments and private placement. He has rich experience in the establishment of private investment funds and related investments. Mr. Wang has assisted clients in setting up various types of private investment funds, including equity funds, sector funds, real estate funds and non-performing asset funds. He has helped real estate enterprises on completing equity and debt financing. He has extensive professional practice in financial institutions investments and financing.
Mr. Wang also advised on and acted for various financial institutions such as joint-equity commercial banks, city commercial banks, trust companies, financial leasing companies and future companies in relation to restructuring, reformation, investments and bond issuance. Moreover, he represented investors with regards to their equity investment in financial institutions.
Work Experience
Mr. Wang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2006. Prior to which he practiced in a domestic law firm for 6 years.
Mr. Wang graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in civil and commercial law from Jinan University. He was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 1998 and is currently appointed as a committee member of the Finance and Securities Law Commission of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association.
Mr. Wang is proficient in Chinese and English.
