Victoria is an arbitration and litigation specialist with extensive experience resolving disputes in South-East Asia. She has acted as counsel and adviser on more than 15 arbitrations under the UNCITRAL, ICC, SIAC, LMAA and GAFTA rules across various industries including financial services, commodities, energy, shipping, engineering and construction.
Victoria has extensive court experience which complements her work in international arbitration and equips her with the necessary knowledge and skills to advise clients on arbitration-related court proceedings.
Having practiced in Singapore since 2015, Victoria has a keen understanding of the nuances of dispute resolution in South-East Asia. Victoria is focused on delivering strategic and responsive advice to clients and achieving outcomes which are commercial, solution-oriented and meet the objectives of clients.

- International contractor: in a dispute worth over HKD 200m with its insurers in relation to defects/damage at a mega casino resort in Macau
- Data centre operator: pre-arbitration advice in a post M&A dispute over the defective construction of a data centre in Indonesia (SIAC Rules, Singapore)
- Chinese SOE: in an ad hoc arbitration arising from a US$1.3bn dispute over the construction of a blast furnace in Indonesia (UNCITRAL Rules, Singapore)
- Korean LNG fleet operator: in an arbitration over liquidated damages under a shipbuilding contract (LMAA Rules, London)
- Chinese solar panel manufacturer: in arbitration proceedings resulting from a sales contract dispute with a Korean renewable energy company (ICC Rules, Singapore)
- Commodities trading house: in arbitration proceedings arising from a dispute with a Russian counterparty over non-payment of deliveries and the interpretation of a pricing mechanism in the parties' agreement (ICC Rules, Singapore)
