Li Zhenjiang specialises in securities, especially in domestic and overseas listings, M&A and reorganisation of listed companies, and equity investment and financing.
With years of experience, Mr. Li has advised on many representative projects, including domestic and overseas listings, complex investment and financing and M&A, major asset restructuring of listed companies, equity incentive projects, refinancing of listed companies, and issuance of exchangeable corporate bonds by shareholders of listed companies.
Mr. Li provides clients with professional and comprehensive solutions and services based on client’s industry. Mr. Li has advised a wide range of clients, including many well-known enterprises at home and abroad in the Internet, pharmaceuticals, new energy, games, new materials, environmental protection, finance, real estate, ports, logistics and other industries.
