Ms. Han Yun specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment/venture capital investment, foreign investment and corporate affairs.
In the field of mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Han has advised many well-known companies at home and abroad, including the design of the transaction structure, the selection of financing parties and the delivery of assistance projects. Her in-depth participation of each project has given Ms. Han extensive experience in many fields such as security, medicine, internet finance, lighting design, automotive, manufacturing, and more, thereby giving Ms. Han a deeper understanding of the actual demands of customers in different industries.
In the field of private equity investment/venture capital investment, Ms. Han has advised many well-known private equity investment funds, ranging from early angel investors to investment institutions focused on the Pre-IPO round. Ms. Han has also provided comprehensive legal services for a number of technology-based companies on the establishment of company, the design of shareholding structure, the equity incentive schemes of employees, the financing and day-to-day operations, and more.
In the field of foreign investment, Ms. Han has provided legal services to a number of overseas multinational companies, including Veolia Environnement, Macquarie, Keppel Corporation and BNP Paribas.
Work experience
Ms. Han joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010. Prior to that, she worked at a well-known international law firm.
Ms. Han graduated and obtained her juris master in England from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Ms. Han was admitted to the PRC bar in 2007.
Ms. Han is proficient in Chinese and English.
