Ms. Chen specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities law matters, and private equity transactions, and she has a broad range of experience in complex transactions, takeover defenses and hostile acquisitions.
Ms. Chen’s significant representations include: a private company in its acquisition of a listed company, which was recognized as the first domestic deal of unsolicited takeover bid; a management team in its acquisition of a B share listed company, which was recognized as the first domestic deal of management buy-out of a B share listed company; and a private company in its stock-for-stock merger of a B share listed company, which was recognized as the first domestic deal of stock-for-stock merger between a B share listed company and a private company which applying for IPO at the same time.

Ms. Chen received her Bachelor of Law degree and Master of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law.
