Caroline has extensive experience building and leading a dynamic in-house counsel function and is a trusted adviser to senior management on legal, regulatory and operational matters which arise day to day for the firm domestically and internationally. Given her background in M&A and corporate governance, Caroline has an established ability to deliver commercial outcomes across a range of complex and strategic issues and liaises with internal and external stakeholders across jurisdictions.
