With more than 10 years of experience in securities, Ms. Cai advised on corporate IPO and major asset restructuring projects. She provided legal services for clients in agriculture, food manufacturing, environmental protection, service and military sectors. She also has rich experience in corporate equity incentives and corporate governance.
Her clients include New Hope Dairy Co., Ltd., Tongwei Co., Ltd., Hongqi Chain Co., Ltd., North Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. and other listed companies.
