Hengqin Island, located in Zhuhai on the coast of the South China Sea and adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao SARs, is a part of Zhuhai Special Economic Zone

Hengqin New Area, a demonstration area for a new Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao cooperation mode under the "One Country, Two Systems" policy, adheres to the principle of "One Country" and releases the benefits of "Two Systems". As the only domestic free trade zone connecting Hong Kong and Macao SARs by roads and bridges, Hengqin is also an important economic engine in the Greater Bay Area.

Macao SAR is an international free port and a world center of tourism and leisure. As one of the most densely populated regions in the world, it boasts free flows of goods, capital, foreign exchange, and people. Offering the lowest tax rates in the Greater Bay Area, the separate customs territory has close international economic ties and traditional and special relations with the EU and Portuguese speaking countries.

KWM Qin Ao CloudOffice is set up by seizing the historical opportunities arising from the development of the Greater Bay Area and leveraging the policy-based and physically strategic positioning of Hengqin. Relying on KWM International Center, the CloudOffice will further integrate and unlock our global network resources to follow the national development strategy and better serve the growth needs of our clients. Hengqin CloudOffice provides one-stop legal services in investment and M&As, financial capital, export control, trade and customs, foreign exchange and other import and export regulation, energy, real estate and infrastructure, dispute resolution, intellectual property, and tax, and in emerging and thriving industries.
