In the latest edition of Who’s Who Legal (WWL) – Construction 2024, KWM Hong Kong partners Paul Starr , Edmund Wan have been ranked as Recommended Construction Thought Leaders and Donovan Ferguson as Global Elite Thought Leader in Hong Kong respectively. Who's Who Legal is a peer-nominated guide, which brings together the insight, expertise and wisdom of some of the world’s foremost lawyers and experts.

Paul Starr, Practice Leader of KWM Hong Kong’s Dispute Resolution/Infrastructure, focuses on dispute resolution, construction and international litigation. Paul acts for major infrastructure arbitrations over the past 36 years throughout Asia, Belt and Road disputes avoidance, and non-contentious infrastructure work in Hong Kong and many countries. Edmund Wan specialises in litigation, arbitration and mediation in construction, Edmund acts for contractors, consultants and developers/employers on building and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong and around Asia. He advises on all aspects of construction, including project documentation and drafting, project management issues, safety and environmental regulations, and negotiation and management of claims and disputes. “I am delighted to be recognized by WWL as a thought leader in my field by my peers.”, said Edmund.

Donovan Ferguson is highly experienced in infrastructure, construction and commercial disputes, working closely with clients in the building, energy and projects sectors, advising on the full life cycle of their projects in Asia.  Donovan said: “I am delighted to be recognised by WWL as a Global Elite Thought Leader.
