King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised SANVO Fine Chemicals Group Limited (SANVO Fine Chemicals, Stock Code: 0301) on its HK$130 million initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK).
SANVO Fine Chemicals is an established fine industrial chemical products manufacturer based in the PRC. It focuses principally on the manufacture, research and development, as well as the sale of a diversified portfolio of fine industrial chemical products.
KWM advised the issuer in respect of both Hong Kong* and PRC laws. The team was led by partners Wang Jianxue and Anthony Wan, with support from senior associate Matthew Yim, along with You Guojie, Wallace Wong and Rhoda Tsang.
