King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited as the sole sponsor, and other underwriters on the global offering and listing of Xinchengyue Holdings Limited (Xinchengyue, HKEX Stock Code: 1755) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX).
Xinchengyue was listed on 6 November 2018. The global offering comprised both Hong Kong public offering and international offering of a total of 200,000,000 offer shares, priced at HK$2.9 per share. The total funds raised from the share offer were approximately HK$580 million. Xinchengyue was part of Future Land Group, a leading property developer in China.
Xinchengyue is a property management service provider in China and provides a wide range of property management and value-added services for property developers, residents and tenants.
