King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised Cinda International as the sole sponsor, and other underwriters on the HK$125 million initial public offering of Edensoft Holdings Limited (Edensoft, Stock Code: 1147) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK).
Edensoft is an integrated IT solution and cloud services provider in the PRC that provides a range of services including IT infrastructure services, IT implementation and supporting services and cloud services.
KWM advised the sponsor and the underwriters in respect of both Hong Kong* and PRC laws. The team was led by partners Wang Jianxue, Anthony Wan, and Lin Qingsong, with support from counsel Li Wei, senior associate Matthew Yim, along with associates Annie Chau, Rhoda Tsang, and Jiang Mengdi.
