King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited (CICC) as the sole sponsor and the sole global coordinator on the listing of the H shares of Beijing Capital Jiaye Property Services Co., Limited (Jiaye Property, Stock Code: 2210) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Jiaye Property was listed on 10 November 2021. The listing was priced at HK$8.28 per H share and comprised a total of approximately 36,667,200 H shares. The offer size was approximately HK$303 million.
Jiaye Property is an integrated property management services provider that provides property management services to enterprises, public institutions and residents in Beijing.
This successful closing continues to demonstrate KWM's strength in offering seamless one-stop-shop legal support with KWM acting for CICC in respect of the laws of Hong Kong SAR and the PRC. The team was led by partners Sheldon Tse, Zhang Yongliang, Song Yanyan, and Sun Ji, with support from counsel Jeff Wong, senior associates Dong Yun, Pan Yanmei and Jane Bu, associates Angela Chung and Kevin Woo, and Yang Liu.
Any reference to "Hong Kong" or "Hong Kong SAR" shall be construed as a reference to "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China".
