King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited (“CICC”) as the sole sponsor, the overall coordinator and the sole global coordinator on the listing of the H shares of Hollwin Urban Operation Service Group Co., Ltd (Hollwin Urban, Stock Code: 2529) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Hollwin Urban was listed on 17 May 2024. The listing was priced at HK$3.20 per H share and comprised a total of 40,000,000 H shares. The offer size was approximately HK$128 million.
Hollwin Urban primarily provides property management services, urban services and commercial operation services in Changsha, Hunan Province.
