King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised the sole sponsor and the underwriters on the global offering and initial public offering of China New Energy Limited (China New Energy, Stock Code: 1156) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Upon completion of the listing, China New Energy will be delisted from the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange.
China New Energy is a leading ethanol production system producer in the PRC. It primarily provides integrated services for the core system of ethanol production system in the ethanol fuel and alcoholic beverage industries in the PRC.
The team was led by partner Anthony Wan, with support from senior associates Candy Tse and Albert Wong, and associates Derek Yu and Jason Choi.
Any reference to "Hong Kong" or "Hong Kong SAR" shall be construed as a reference to "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China".
