King & Wood Mallesons is delighted to announce that Hong Kong partner Barbara Chiu received "Female of the Year: Asia Pacific" recognition at Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific Awards 2020. The firm was also awarded "Matter of the Year" in a landmark criminal cartel prosecution bought by the ACCC.
Barbara has over 20 years of experience advising on a range of matters including commercial litigation, international arbitration, insolvency and restructuring, regulatory investigation/litigation, white collar crime, intellectual property related disputes, judicial review and employment laws.
