King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised Guotai Junan Capital Limited as the sole sponsor and other underwriters on the HK$198.3 million initial public offering (IPO) and the listing of the H-shares of DOWELL SERVICE GROUP CO., LIMITED* (Dowell Service, Stock Code: 2352) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK).
Dowell Service is a property management service provider offering comprehensive services, including but not limited to property management services, community value-added services, and value added services to non-property owners, for residential and non-residential properties located in the PRC with a rapid growth track record. According to China Index Academy, Dowell Service was ranked 23rd among the “2020 Top 100 Property Management Companies in China” (2020中國物業服務百強企業) in terms of overall strength. This successful closing demonstrates KWM’s strength in the PRC property management sector.
