King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised the sole sponsor, Grand Moore Capital Limited and the underwriters on the approximately HK$136 million share offer and listing of Zhengwei Group Holdings Company Limited (Zhengwei Group, Stock Code: 2147) on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK).
Shares of Zhengwei Group listed on the SEHK on 13 January 2023. The share offer priced at HK$0.68 and comprised a total of 200,000,000 shares. Zhengwei Group is a dried food products and snacks manufacturer based in Jiangxi Province. According to Frost and Sullivan, Zhengwei Group is ranked fifth in the snack food market in Jiangxi Province in terms of revenue in 2021.
The team advised Grand Moore Capital Limited and the underwriters in respect of Hong Kong laws. The team was led by partner Anthony Wan, with support from Candy Tse, Anna Wong and Vivienne Poon.
