King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised Rainbow Capital (HK) Limited as the sole sponsor, sole overall coordinator, joint global coordinator, joint bookrunner and joint lead manager on the HK$130 million global initial public offering and listing of Huashi Group Holdings Limited (Huashi Group, Stock Code: 1111) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK).
Huashi Group is a branding, advertising and marketing service provider based in Hubei Province of China, providing services across the entire value chain from market research through collaboration with research institutes to execution of branding, advertising and marketing projects to support brand owners, advertisers and advertising agents.
The KWM team advised Rainbow Capital (HK) Limited in respect of Hong Kong laws. The team was led by partner Anthony Wan, with support from Derek Yu, Candy Tse, John Kong and Hanis Ip.
Huashi Group’s listing is the 8th successful listing since January 2023 that the Hong Kong ECM Team have completed. So far in the first half of 2023, the team has completed 7 IPOs, 1 global depository receipt (GDR) listing, and the first ever dual primary listing of a Hong Kong listed company in Italy and in the European Union (EU).
