Ms. Zhao has over 15-year experiences in dealing with patent-related affairs. She has provided legal services to international clients in patent drafting and prosecution, patent reexaminations and invalidations, patent administrative litigations, civil litigations, patent infringement analysis, patent inquiry and search, and other related matters related to intellectual property rights. Ms. Zhao Linlin also has extensive hands-on experiences in patent invalidation and infringement disputes, especially relating to Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and computer software-related patents. She has successfully advocated for a number of clients in several high-profile and award winning cases. She has made a lot of effective analysis and insights in order to safeguard the rights and interests of his clients in the transactions.

Ms. Zhao Linlin obtained her LL.M. degree in University of California, Berkeley at 2016, obtained her B.Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Tianjin University at 2001 and her M.Eng. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Tianjin University at 2004. She was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2005.
