Mr. Wang Jianxue specializes in capital markets, corporate finance, merger & acquisition, venture investment, cross-border investment, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Wang represents issuers and underwriters in a large number of initial public offerings and listings on overseas or PRC domestic stock exchanges of companies (including state-owned enterprises, privately-owned enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises). In addition, Mr. Wang has extensive experience in representing multinational or domestic companies in relation to their private placements, mergers & acquisitions, inbound and outbound investment.
Mr. Wang advises clients in a wide range of business sectors such as logistics, real estate, healthcare, mining, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, IT, e-commerce, transportation, construction materials, food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution and retail, oil and gas, and infrastructure projects.
Work experience
Mr. Wang Jianxue joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2001. Prior to rejoining the firm, Mr. Wang worked with an international law firm's Hong Kong office for nearly three years.
Mr. Wang received a B.A. in English from the PLA Foreign Languages University in 1998 and a B.A. in law from Fudan University in 2001, respectively. He also obtained a J.D. from Washington University, School of Law in 2007.
Mr. Wang was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 2001. He is also qualified in the State of New York, the US.
Mr. Wang is a Chinese native speaker. Also, he is very proficient in English.
