Mr. Shaun Lee specializes in energy and infrastructure transactions, banking and finance, foreign direct investment in China, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.
He has extensive experience and provides legal services to international banks, investment banks, international companies, venture capital funds, and developers of real estate projects. Having been active in the finance market for years, Mr. Lee has represented lenders and borrowers in many project finances involving energy and infrastructure, ranging in size from millions of U.S. Dollars to billions of U.S. Dollars.
In 2015, Mr. Shaun Lee has been ranked as one of the Leading Individuals by Asialaw in its 2016 Asia Pacific rankings, and was recognized as one of China leading individuals in the field of financial and corporate practices by IFLR1000.

Mr. Li joined King & Wood Mallesons in 1995.
He received his LL.B. from the University of International Business and Economics in China and was admitted as Chinese lawyer in 1999. Mr. Li is proficient in Chinese and English.
